On most roads in India, there are boards with a message : "Speed thrills, but kills."
Unfortunately, the many people that read this message ignore it completely, and continue to speed on the new highways that are being constructed, resulting in many avoidable deaths.
The message is not only relevant for drivers on the highway, but is also true for life.
